Let me introduce myself. I am Jade Morgan- Lionel owner of Holistic & Wellness Consultants, who has over 14 years in Medical Administration with an extensive background in the medical field . Education has always been an important factor in my life, so I decided to incorporate the two in a way where I am helping others and doing something I love.  Holistic & Wellness Consultant was created to educate and guide others from a holistic approach on healing, self-care and awareness. A drug test given to a worker in an industry that’s not regulated by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). There are two worlds when it comes to drug testing. And the difference is how testing is regulated.

CPR training teaches you how to perform chest compressions and rescue breaths to keep a person alive during a cardiac emergency until professional help arrives.

 

Training courses are available in in-person, online, and blended learning formats and are offered by organizations like the American Red Cross and the American Heart Association. Certification ensures you learn the latest life-saving skills and satisfies job requirements. 

 .

​What you will learn:

​

  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR): You will learn the steps for performing CPR on adults, children, and infants, including the correct technique for chest compressions and rescue breaths.

​

  • Chest compressions: You will be taught to perform 30 chest compressions at a rate of 100-120 beats per minute, pushing hard and fast on the center of the chest.

​

  • Rescue breaths: You will learn how to give two rescue breaths after the chest compressions, making sure to open the airway and watch for the chest to rise and fall.

​

  • Automated External Defibrillator (AED): You will learn how to use an AED, a device that can deliver an electrical shock to a person's heart, as directed by the device's instructions.
